TPS5410-EP: Thermal parameters for TPS5410

Hi David,

From the datasheet of the TPS5410-EP the ΘJA is 75°C/W shown on page 3.

The ψ is not provided for the -EP part, but for the regular TPS5410 the ψJT is 5.7 shown on page 4.

The Θ is the same for the both parts so I would say the ψ is the same or at least similar.

Of course the thermal impedance depends on the PCB board design.
