I was set the unseal passwords before seal it by EV2300 tool.

could you please send me how to unseal the bq2085 ? I build my own SMbus reader, and I able to read all the information of my pack, but I need the procedure to unseal it. When I Write to Data Flash With Command 0x50  I get nack wen I send de Command 0x50.

Thank you for your answer, unfortunately you can't provide me the useal procedure. For me was very nice write my own code for SMBus comunication using a cypress usb microcontroller and a LabView user interface. I know the risk of work with a Lithion battery, and I will continue trying ti fix my pack. I test my pack whit the software BE2WorksDemo and they unseal the pack using the default password and show me the conttent of the flash memory. If they do it, why I can't do? I can paid the full version, but that's is no my problem, I like to do the job by my self.

Refer to the Technical reference manual of the parts in question. The unseal comands are there. For the procedure, refer to applications report SLUA421A- Quick-start guide for the bq20zxx family gas guages.
