From the datasheet figure 11,
when the input voltage is 0.7V, output voltage is 5V, the output current is only 4-5mA.
I want to inquire whether there is a boost chip with 10mA smaller input current and 200mA or 500mA larger output current?

Thanks for asking.
Actually, I don't understand what's your requirement. Vin*Iin*Efficiency=Vout*Iout. And for boost converter, Vin< Vout. So there is no reason the Iin could smaller than Iout.
