Hi TI team,

My customer request temperature characteristics data of LDO.

Do you have any data on temperature characteristics in addition to the datasheet?

We need Icl (Output current limit) and Vout data for 10EA.

Requires test data for three IC (TLV759P01PDRVR, TLV75733PDBVR, TLV75718PDBVR)

Can you fill in the values in the attached excel sheet?

Hi Downey,

The current limit is to measure the performance of the pass-FET when the voltage seen at the FB pin is lower than the internal reference voltage. The current limit is not output voltage dependent because different output options are simply gain of the same reference voltage and when the control loop is working to regulate the voltage, essentially it's the difference between the voltage seen at the FB pin and the internal reference that is controlling the pass-FET.

I am sharing with you the current limit data from 30 units with the 3.3V output. If you need to have this data at different output voltage options, you could normalize the 3.3V data by dividing the Vout colume by 3.3 and then convert to the voltage option you need by multiplying the new output voltages.

I have attached the "current limit vs Vout" raw data for 30 units in text file (tab-separated) for you to use.

We also need data on TLV75733PDBVR and TLV75718PDBVR. Do I have to ask another post to get data on both items?

Hi Downey,

Please find the raw data of the current limit for 8 TLV75706 0.6V units at different temperatures. Again, you will need to do a similar kind of normalization by dividing the voltage by 0.6 and multiply by the voltage output as needed.
