What TPS56XX01 /8/9/10 series TA and TC spec, the datasheet only share max TJ only. thanks

I send the request to TI locate FAE, but no feedback.

Are the parts  TA 105 max and TC 125 max?

    Hi,

    For thermal performance, we usually evaluate Tj.

    Ta is the ambient temperature, Tc is the case temperature.

    What is your meaning of "TA and TC spec"? You mean the max operation ambient temperature? It is related to your application, I think it is okay as long as Tj is lower than OTP temperature.
