UCD90160A: Unused pins and pull up.

All,

For the UCD90160a what should I do with the following unused pins?

PWMx/GPIx pins (31,32,41,42), TRCK pin (7), TCK/GPIO19 pin (36) and TDO/GPIO pin (37); can I ground them?

Also, does PMBUS_CNTRL pin(28) need a pull up.
