    Hi Mehmet,

    I can review the TPS22917 device in your schematic. I have a few concerns:

    1. The ON pin cannot be left floating. I assume the TPL5111 outputs high to turn on the device and then outputs high z to turn off the device. The rail is then being puled down by the resistor. Do note that because of the capacitance on this rail, the turn off time may be affected because of the RC constant. 

    2. Since you mentioned that the power source is a Li-ion battery, I assume the rail voltage is within the range of the TPS22917. 

    TPL5111 is not a Power Switch device so I would recommend reposting this questions and tagging that part for better feedback from the responsible team.
