Hello,

We are working on Low Energy project where we are going to use single AAA alkaline battery to run whole system. And our output requirement is 1.8V with <100mA or 2.5V with <100mA current (We have not decided system voltage as of now). Also device will consume less then 10uA in sleep so, at lower power requirement efficiency  should be higher.

please suggest low Iq boost converter which suits best for our application.
