BQ24133 three series battery charging, STAT is normal, the charging stat light is on, and turn off the light when charge full;
But when charging two series battery, it is normal when charging starts.
But when the voltage charge to 8.2V, the STAT light flashes. When measuring the BAT voltage jumps between 7.8v ~ 8.9V
The charging voltage has not been modified. Both three and two series are charged with 15v.
When the two series cell are charged, the cell pin is floated. When the two batteries are discharged, it is normal when charging begins. After a while, problems occurred.
