We are looking for Surge Protection for I/O lines. We need to comply for IEC61000-4-5. For Short circuit protection of 8/20 uS and Open Circuit protection of 1.2/50 us.

Line Voltage 125V DC.

This standard has 2ohm impedance or 42 ohm impedance which one do you need?

Hello,

DId you mean that the test is ran at 125V or that the DC voltage of the line is 125V? I don't know what breakdown you are looking for in a surge protection device.
