Hello

I have a question about the LM541161-Q1.

What is the current limit value during the soft start period?

The current limit at Hiside appears to rise with the rise. (WEBENCH result)

Is there a calculation method?

    Masazumi-san,

    TPS54116 is a peak current mode controller. 

    According to the information on datasheet section 7.3.11, the part use COMP pin voltage to turn off the high-side FET. When peak siwth current intersect the COMP voltage, the high side switch is turned off. 

    During soft start, the COMP voltage rises up, that's why high-side current appears to rise.
