LM25088: Negative pressure circuit

Part Number: LM25088

I saw a 12V input and -12V output circuit in TI ’s 4k galvanometer reference circuit.
The DCDC used was LM25088. I will consider reducing costs in the future,
It may be necessary to replace the LM25088 with a DCDC with an output current of <0.2A.

Can I replace the LM25088 with any BUCK DCDC with an input voltage above 24V?
