As the battery pack did not learn successfully, SOC changed from 75% to 0% after standing for more than ten hours.
How to configure registers to keep SOC unchanged without successful learning?

Hi Jason,
The learning cycle is critical for the gauge to perform correctly.
Did you make a log file in bqStudio when you ran the learning cycle? If so, share with us your log file. We will take a look and see what might be the cause of your learning cycle failure?
With charging, SOC increases from 0% to 75%. After standing for more than ten hours, SOC changed from 75% to 0%. How can the SOC be configured to remain unchanged?
thanks
Hi Jason,
Could you please confirm that you have already run the learning cycle successfully? Thanks.
Andy
I can't learn successfully. I just need to wait for more than ten hours, and SOC doesn't jump.
Hi Jason,
When you perform the learning cycle, I suggest you click the "Start Log" button in the bqStudio and then create a log file.
Share with us your log file and gg file if your learning cycle fails. We will take a look and give you some help.
