Which Is period of the following can not be accessed by the SPI?
１．4.2msec after ”Reset→Diagnostic”
２．21msec(±5％)

Hello,

It is probably no access to SPI during the total BIST time of 21ms. I'm not sure if SPI is accessible after 4.2ms run time and will find out.
