Hi team,

customer need a ular Iq power switch in battery power supply applicaiton ,the spec as below:

Iq: 4uA

voltage limit: 3.8V ~4.2V

current limit: 80mA~125mA

small size

I have search many pwoer switch devices, only found the TPS2596 and TPS25200 may meet this requirement, but customer feedback the power consumption it too high.

could you have other recommendaitons, thank you

Hi Betty,

Apart from low Quiescent current and current limit functionality, does customer require any other features like short circuit protection, Over voltage Protection ?

What current limit accuracy is customer looking for at 80mA - 125mA?

What is the package size that customer is looking for ?

Hi Praveen,

they don't need other features, only need voltage and current limit. i'm not sure the accuracy of current limit. for the packege size, they want the smaller the better.

Unfortunately, TPS2596 and TPS25200 are the only devices in our portfolio which are close to customer requirements.
