Is there any analog modulator capable of producing pulse of frequency 10MHz

Hi Muhammed,

I'm not sure that I understand your query, what is it that you want to do here? Your original post was with regards to driving GAN fets and our modulators (AMC1336, AMC1303, AMC1304, etc) are not meant for that sort of application.

Hi Tom

Most of the PWM ICs I came across have maximum switching frequency limit up to 1 MHz(like UCC28780) , I just want to check is there any IC that can switch up to 10 MHZ
