Suffix A of part number 5962R9951705V9A (LM117H MDE) means it is hot solder dip lead finish. According to TI web site the component is Green (RoHS & no Sb/Br).

What is the plating of 5962R9951705V9A terminals, materials and thickness of each layer of plating ?

    Hey Avi,

    The part number needs to be interpreted a bit differently for die. In this case, the "A" refers to the revision. You can read more about this in Appendix A (page 19) in the SMD if you'd like. The information you're looking for regarding the bond materials and thicknesses of this part can be found in the Die Datasheet or in figure A-1 of Appendix A in the SMD.
