TPS62840: Is external pull up resistor needed on enable pin

I am using TPS62840 to convert VBUS, 5VDC to a 3V3 output. In my design  I need TPS62840 to be always in ON condition .Do I need an external pull up resistor or I can directly connect the EN pin to input voltage (VBUS, 5VDC).
