May we connect CHG pin to MCU I/O pin and detect it high/low?

if yes, how to connect it? (is direct add pull high resistor to vcc or??)

    Hi Bogey,

    Since the /CHG pin is an open drain configuration, you can certainly tie the pin to an MCU. You will need a pull-up resistor from /CHG pin to MCU VCC (or IO supply) in order to be able to detect a high or a low.
