LMR23630: LMR23630 High Side Switch sensing

Hello,

I know that the red box is for the High side current sensing, and the output goes to comparator to with output of error amplifier.

What is the output of the red box? does it current(Inductor current or voltage( Inductor current * Rdson )?

How the red box works?

You can think of it as a current mirror, it senses the high side current, then scales down and change to voltage by a internal resistor.

Thank you Daniel,

On the block diagram, I cannot find the internal resistor. Is the resistor HS MOSFET Rdson? or is the resistor just missed on the block diagram?
