HI TI Team.
I used TI webench tool for design of boost converter with Input 16-32V
Output 220V
Power 120W
I build the PCB hardware and verified the output.
On no load output is 200V for 16-32 variation.
But om load its not working

Hi Nirmala,
Thank you for designing with the LM5022. Could you show your schematic (not the webench schematic)? We would like to see your version of the schematic that you used to design your PCB to find some clue.
Thanks

Hi,
You said- " But on load its not working " - Is the Voltage (Vout) dropping OR Zero?
What's your input source and ratings ? (current rating also) And also load ratings.
Have you looked into these reference design?
Thanks.
Thanks for sharing the schematic. It is similar to the webench circuit. We usually recommend Vcc capacitor of 1uF, while the webench uses 0.1uF, and we will need to correct that on the webench side.
Can you increase the load from 0A up to 0.1A, and see when the output stops regulating at 210V? Can you show me the following signals on a scope picture?
(1) OUT pin votlage
(2) CS pin voltage
(3) COMP pin voltage
(4) M1 drain voltage
Please show both zoomed out and zoomed-in waveforms, so we can see the waveforms over at least 10 cycles, and just a couple of cycles.
Thanks,
Youhao
