Hi 

Our prodcut plan to choose BQ25619. I have 2 question about Battery temperature monitoring function:

1. Is the TS% tolerlance contains tolerlace of VREGN?

2. T5 in datasheet example is set to 60℃, is it OK if we set it to 45℃？If it is OK, how to calculate resistor divider values on Ts pin?

    Hey Lindsey,

    For 1) In a way yes, but somewhat indirectly. The truth is the REGN tolerance has no impact on the TS tolerance. This is because the internal references to the TS comparators and the TS resistor divider itself as both referenced to REGN (internally and externally). So all that remains tolerance-wise is a % value.

    For 2) This should be fine it is all dependent on your thermistor's resistance values at those temperatures. Please see section 8.3.6.4.1 JEITA Guideline Compliance During Charging Mode, equations (1) and (2) to calculate.
