TPS757: TPS75733 schematic review

Dear team, 

Would you kindly help review the schematic of TPS75733 and TPS76801? 

Customer used TPS75733 to supply 3.3V to F28377S AVDD and DVDD, but there is possibility that DVDD resistance to GND is just 15 Ohm and C2000 did not work. So please help confirm that the power part is no problem.

    Hi Sammi,

    I think the 100nF output capacitors may be driving the linear regulator into an unstable mode of operation.
    Please refer to figure 29 in the datasheet, which I have copied below for convenience.
    Please have the customer try removing C407 and C403 to see if performance improves.

    Please have the customer confirm that diode D400 is installed properly, and not backwards.

    If these steps do not improve performance, try shorting out L401 and remove C405 to see if performance improves.

    Let me know the results of this testing and we can proceed further with the troubleshooting if necessary.
