BQ76920: Touching the circuit causes the chip to reset

Part Number: BQ76920

I use bq76920 to manage three 18650 batteries. The schematic is as follows.

When I touch the pin on the right side of the chip on the circuit board,It's going to cut off the package output and everything else.I think the key pin might be ALERT.But I'm not sure.

I slide my finger along the arrow as shown below. The finger will touch the chip pins and the resistors and capacitors connected to the battery. The chip then cuts the output, may have triggered protection.

How did this happen?

Thank you.
