problem with current calibration in bq20z45

I'm working on a bq20z45 design. I managed to successfuly calibrate temp voltage cc offset. I turned on the FETS  in the PRO window SMB command 46 Word 0006. I applied a 2A load The bq20z45 reads 5A, not 2A. I'm using a 10mOhms sense resistor and I verified the voltage across the resistor is 20mV. I expect there is a calibration constant that is off...something that tells the bq that XmV corresonds to YmA...but what is it and how do I check and correct it?
