TPS7A4501-SP: quiescent current in shutdown

i the datasheet p.6 you state that the quiescent current in shutdown when vin=6v and vshdn=0 is max 1uA.

my question is what will be the quiescent current in shutdown when vin=12v and vshdn=0 ?

could it be 90uA ?

This value is only specified at that condition.

I will attempt to test today with larger Vin to give you information on the relationship of shutdown leakage to Vin.

I was able to find information on this.

This is graph from the commercial datasheet. However, the commercial and space rated version are based on same design and the leakages will be similar across Vin.
