DEM-TO263LDO: Regulator for battery powered

Dear Sirs, good morning

Wish you all have a nice 2020.

I am curently working in a desing that involves a battery powered device. Power comes from 3 x AA Cells and need to regulate down to 3.0V

Thinking to go ahead with an LDO. Which regulator family would you recommend for this application?

Dear John, good morning.

Sorry for my late reply.

I believe it is an excellent regulator. I cannot find it in distributors though.

Besides this model which other can you reccomend?. Which would be the older version for this new chip?
