Hi team,
A customer which has been using TPS7A6601QDGNRQ1 requests max. Iq at Io = 2mA.
Could you please provide the max. Iq data?
FYI. Datasheet shows only the Iq at Io = 0.2mA.
Thanks,
Sam Lee

Hi Sam,
We do not have a production test of Iq for Io=2mA so we can't provide a value that we know that absolutely every device will stay under, however we can get a pretty good estimate of what a max value would need to be by comparing the EC table max value with the measurements in the typical char graph (Figure 5) at that condition (Io=0.2mA) to determine how much margin the production test is applying and then apply the same amount of margin to the new condition (Io=2mA).
At Io=0.2mA the char graph shows 16uA at 125C which tells us that there is a 25% guard band for the 20uA max in the EC table. The char graph shows that at Io=2mA the Iq is 23uA at 125C, so applying the same 25% guard band means we can estimate that all devices should measure 28.75uA. Note that while the char graph only shows up to 125C, this methodology of determining the amount of guard band/margin as a percentage change allows us to apply it to the 150C EC table spec.
Below is a quick visualization I put together using the char graph from the datasheet.
