I can only find the typical value of VINTANA1 / VINTANA2 / VUSB3P1V output voltage in datasheet, what's the min/max value of them?

Hi Antony,

These internal supplies are generated by the device and hence we have the typical values that you can check. These are not supposed to be used for any external purpose.

Why would you want the min/max values?

Hi Gandhar,

These LDO voltages need to be measured in the end-product production line, and be checked if they followed the spec or not. Therefore the ranges are requested. There's no special usage.
