Hi Patrick,

I think AEC-Q006 is not applicable for this device, so I would not expect it to be qualified according to this standard.

Hi Juergen,

AEC-Q006 is a standard for Cu bonding wire IC, I check the package material on TPS62810-Q1, It's material is Cu, So i thought it will need to pass AEC-Q006 standard.

May i learn why you think AEC-Q006 is not applicable for TPS62810-Q1?

TPS62810 does not use Cu bond wires. So I think AEC-Q006 is not applicable.
