LM5060-Q1: reverse current protect

Hi Sir,

My customer is looking for a solution with inrush current limit and reverse current protect.

The maximum current is 2.6A and voltage rating need to support 36V.

I found that there is a LM5069EVM-627 have this function, but my customer need Q-grade.

My question is:

1. Could LM5060 support reverse current protect?

2. if 1 is yes, Do we have any have reverse current protect circuit for LM5060?

3.. if 1 is yes, Do we have EVM that have reverse current protect circuit?

4. If 1 is no, Do we have LM5069 Q-grade solution? Or other solution you could advise?

    Hi Patrick,

    Can you share few more details on the application use case and end-equipment.

    LM5060-Q1 with MOSFETs in back-to-back configuration provides reverse current protection but only when the device is disabled. Is it acceptable for this application? Unfortunately, we don't have EVM with back-to-back MOSFET configuration
