Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ULN2003A
Hi team,
Could TI provide thermal resistance values, Theta,JA and Theta,JC on NS package to the customer?
Best regards,

Sasaki-san,
Unfortunately, we do not have the thermal data for this package + device combination.
I would recommend using the D package data. The NS package has better thermals then the D package. So if you design with the D package thermal data, the NS package will not be thermally limited.
This trend is consistent. SN75468 is a higher voltage version of the ULN2003A and the NS package on ULN2003A has better thermals than the D package.
