Base on Datasheet EN/SS pin need to be Floating in order to turn on, but how can I connect this to the microcontroller so I can control it.

Hi Amir,
If you look at the electrical characteristics table on page 5 of the datasheet, if the voltage on EN pin is greater than 1V it will enable the converter and if it is lower than 0.27V, it will disable the converter. So you can connect the GPIO of the microcontroller and ensure that Vih/Vil levels of TPS40305 are met to drive the converter EN pin ON.
The datasheet is mentioning that you dont have to drive the EN pin on, even if you leave it floating the converter will turn on.
