now can measure follow:

VIN:12V LDO5P0:5V VREF :1.245V LDO3P3 3.3V CTL1 1.8V buck1-6 no output LDOA1 no output, seems to be Digital Core EN no set, the reason is what ? need to setting something ? the default setting can not output why? decal and layout check same with demo of TPS650861

It sounds like the part is powering up, did you program it yet? The TPS650861 is a blank part and needs to be programmed to operate. yes, has program it already, because same chip change to the TI demo, can bring up OK , and on our board , catch the register information such as attachment , 0X5E+4 is 1 on our board( when CTL1 =HIGH or Low) , while 0 on demo(); 0X5E+5 is 5 on our board( when CTL1 =HIGH or Low), 4 on demo

We find the reason for the LDO3P3 lack of capictor, after add the 4.7uF on our board, ALL bucks brings up quickly ,thanks , you can close the case. first we find the difference, but after view the checklist, we thought no capcitor is OK.
