Hello,

I planning to use the TIDA-01344 design for input voltage range 10 - 100V with modification in the input filtering, Vin Voltage and protection section. Regarding transformer, I see that in the TIDA-01344 document, it supports up to 100V. Kindly suggest.

Hi Anand,

Thank you for reaching out. Do you ask whether the transformer support 100V input? If this is your question, the answer is yes. Just pay attention to the voltage ratings of other components that can see the input voltage.

Dear Youhao Xi,

Thanks for the response. I am clear about the transformer that it support up to 100V. I need suggestion on the LM5022 as it supports up to 60V input voltage.

I am thinking to provide a resistive divider network on Vin and change the protection and filtering accordingly.

Kindly suggest me in this regard,

Hi Anand,

Yes you need to protect VIN pin by adding an linear circuit (small but high voltage NPN and a ~12V Zener), like in the following ref design.
