You could use the TPS63020-Q1. This device is suitable for your voltage and current requirements and is automotive grade 1 qualified. Meaning the temp range is -40 - 125DegC.

I believe -55DegC is not automotive class anymore.

Please let me know the efficiency of TPS63020-Q1 for Vin 1.8-3,7V, Vout=3.3V, Iout is 0.7A.
