Do TI have some solution :
Need to charge 3S Li-Ion battery i.e 12.6V , input is 12V/2A adapter. Need very low cost solution for it.

You need a boost charger since VBAT > VBUS. For single IC solution, the only device we have is BQ25713, an I2C controlled buck boost charger requiring 4 external FETs. Alternatively, for a 2 chip solution (boost converter + buck charger), I recommend LMR61428 (internal FETs) to boost the 12V to at least 13.5V and then BQ24133 for the 3S charger with integrated FETs.
