I want to delay VIT-. That is, the falling edge of the output.
Use a buffer as an inverter buffer and add a capacitor. And is it possible to add an inverter buffer?
Is there an easier way?

For this application, I recommend using a device with an adjustable delay time that can be customized with a capacitor. You may be able to delay with just a pin between LSENSE and GND, however.
