Is there any way to configure TPS65311 to be shut-down as default configuration after power up? then can be enabled/waked up.

Hello,

You can use LPM0 SPI command to turn off the device once it is powered up. Once it is turned off, high signal on Wake pin will restart the device again. Please refer to the datasheet for more information about SPI command and Wake functionality.
