In TPS7B7701-Q1, the SENSE (pin5) is connected to GND not to use the sense function. In that condition, how should the SENSE_EN (pin8) hanlde? Is it possible to be left enabled connecting it to GND? Or, should it be disabed with High input? If possible, a GND connection is preferred.
