I am designing power supply with 3 phase input voltage (440VAC) Using full bridge converter topolgy. can i use UCC21220 isolated gate driver for this specification?

    Hi Payal,

    Thank you for your question. I work on the applications team in the high power drivers group.

    If you’re looking to make a 3 phase power supply I would recommend UCC21540 with its higher isolation rating.  We have a reference design for a 3-phase inverter using UCC21540.
