Hi, this is KIM

there is some issue about bq-studio error.

When i run bq-studio,there is pop-up with 'An error has occurred.'

here is log file.

please check this file, and tell me how to fix it.

Do you have any screenshot to share with us?

Also, I would suggest you try another PC and see if you see the same issue.

I tried it on another pc and it worked fine.

I completely removed and reinstalled the program, but the same symptoms were repeated.

I suspect that the error is related to an update or service in Windows 10. Is it possible to run bqstudio?

Hi Kim,

We are running bqStudio in Windows 10 in our team. I think we are all running the latest version of Windows 10.
