BQ76200: CHG, PCHG and DSG not work correctly

Part Number: BQ76200

CHG_EN, CP_EN, DSG_EN, PMON_EN, PCHG_EN are all pull low, however after power on we saw CHG, PCHG and DSG are all at high status. seems not work correctly.

Would you help review our schematics below if anything goes wrong?

Hi,

These pins should have a pull-down resistance around 1Mohm. Can you show where these pins are connected in your schematic?

Thanks, with H/W pull low BQ76200 work correctly now .
