USB-TO-GPIO: USB-TO-GPIO Any library files for custom GUI?

Hello dear TI experts.

I want to create a GUI application with C# to cover my needs. I am going to communicate with devices with I2C and PMBus. I would like to use USB-TO-GPIO but I am not sure if I can communicate with my own GUI instead of TI's? Any libraries and software reference documents for this puırpose?

Hello,

There is an API for the USB-to-GPIO adapter which can talk to the adapter through a .dll

I downloaded it but I does not contain a proper documentation. Where can I find it that? Also which dll file do I need to use specifically. A detailed document would be great to understand the functions and other things.

Hello

When you install the API, documentation is copied into the install directory. On my PC that is here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments Fusion API\Doc

Which DLL to use depends on the level of abstraction. The basic Read_Byte, Read_Word access methods are in TIDP.SAA

There is such directory like you said above. I only have this one C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments USB Serial Adapter API and there is no detailed documentation.

You may also try the Fusion digital power API instead of the SAA API
