Half bridge or Full bridge which is the better topology to design an inverter and why ?
Hi Manoj,
Choosing which topology mainly depends on the application. Please refer the below comparation table.

Hi Manoj,
Please consider the current range of power switch. Generally, half bridge is used in the power from several kW to a dozen kW. full bridge is used in the power from several kW to several hundreds kW.
