BQ35100: BQ35100 write flash fail with "Battery Management Studio"

Part Number: BQ35100

Just like the picture indicated, the gauge is unsealed, calibration status is enable, gauge start is OK, the voltage over "Flash Update OK Voltage" too.

I want to write flash that address is 0x4000. The write is failed after do step like below picture showed.

The step have something wrong?

I need some help, thanks.

I verified on our EVM that it works. In your image you have the "Daskboard" (green bar) enabled which will communicate in the background. In order to update DF the writes to 3E and 60 need to be sequential. Please try and disable the dashboard and try again.

Hi Eric,

I'm sorry that i can't understand the meaning of you operation step.

The step like below at datasheet:

1.write flash adress need modified at 0x3E register.

2.write replace data at 0x40 register.

3.write check sum at 0x60 register.

4.write data length at 0x61 register.

I just find the operation to 0x3E and 0x60 at you reply above.

Can you give me you whole step if you have a operation step different with datasheet.

Otherwise, i'm sorry i can't find you modified anything success through above image.

Can you give me a whole operation that i can know you change some data to other.
