BQ20Z655-R1: Using Multi-Station Tester Application - Some of the Static Parameters are not being programmed

We are using the multi-station tester application to program and then calibrate our PCBA which has a BQ20Z655-R1 ic fitted.

We have found that some of the PCBAs after programming and calibration have only partially programmed but have completed calibration (without any errors being reported)

Any suggestions?

    Hello Ian,

    I'm not really sure how to debug test station issue. I would just ask to find the ppm and figure out what's special about those units. You can try to reprogram them to see if they are successful. It could be timing as well. Make sure to follow the bqStudio delay times from the bqfs.
