BQ34Z100: What's the difference between bq34z100PWR and bq34z100PWR-G1 ?

Hi,

We have a bq34z100PWR based project, but this time we received bq34z100PWR-G1 instead of bq34z100PWR from our supplier. I want to know whether we can use bq34z100PWR-G1 on our circuit boards.

My question:

1) what's the difference between the two device?  

2) if we use bq34z100PWR-G1, after we programm it with our customer provided bq34z100PWR version .senc file, is there any potential issue in the future?
