Hi,
my customer need 0.6V power rail for DDR4.
But TPS51206's efficiency is not specified, it seems to be charge pump topology and the efficiency may not be high.
My customer need a buck converter to generate 0.6V for DDR4. The input is single cell lithium battery (3.0V to 4.2V), and the output is 0.6V, 3A maximum.
Do we have such device?
The competitor is SY8859.
