TPS62826: Can this device be used to power LPDDR4?

Hi,

My customer need a buck converter to generate 0.6V for DDR4. The input is single cell lithium battery (3.5V to 4.2V), and the output is 0.6V, 3A maximum.

Since DDR need fast load transient response, I'm not sure if this device is a good choice. If not, any other good choice?

The competitor is SY8859.

Hi Howard,

TPS62826 is a good choice to support the customer application. Can you provide the load transient specs and the parameters below?

- Vin, Vout

- Iout_min; Iout_max

- Transient load slew rate
